Have you heard the new song we’ve been playing called “Made For More”? (if not the lyrics and a video are below)
After I heard it, it quickly became one of my new favorite songs. I started singing it in my head and thinking about it when I was watching TV or doing something that I felt might be a little selfish…like getting my nails done or sleeping in a little more than I should. Do you ever feel like that? Like you’re squandering your life? Maybe you feel like you’re really not living up to your full purpose of what God made you to do? Or maybe you’re going through a season of feeling completely worthless. “How can God use little old me”?
Ephesians 1:18-19 says “I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance. I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe him.”
Maybe you’re reading this “for such a time as this” so you will believe that you CAN be used by God and you ARE amazing and are made for MORE!
Pray and ask God to reveal more of His plan for you. Ask Him to help you make your days count more. God wants to bless you in so many ways. Walk closer with Him and see!
