The enemy wants us to believe that times of silence are a curse of loneliness. God wants us to know that times of silence are really pathways to closeness with Him. Invite God into those quiet places. Ask Him to meet you in those lonely spaces. Because God loves to use those times of silence in our lives as opportunities to speak personally and intimately to our hearts.
The deepest form of understanding begins with knowing God. You cannot make proper sense of your life, your relationships or you situation if you ignore the most important part of what is, that is, the existence, character and plan of God. The words, “In the beginning God,” give you the ultimate fact by which every other fact in your life is to be interpreted.
