Can you believe it? Roller skating is back in a really really big way. Quarantine has sent many people looking for fun, isolated activities with a workout benefit and people are rediscovering the awesomeness of roller skating.
Manufacturers have responded with colorful, expressive and kitschy skates. The kind you dreamed of as a kid or created with a little paint and moxie. You can buy just about any color and kind of skates, wheels, laces and pompoms! It’s like a roller rink fantasy!
And don’t forget the fashions. Graphic tees, knee/tube socks and something short complete the look.
I can’t tell you how excited I am about this come back. I still have my super cool neon sneaker skates from 7th grade and those puppies STILL FIT! I’m looking for a skate park just as soon as the snow melts!!!
