rain damage! No joke. The 510 foot ark is located in Northern Kentucky. Its owners claim heavy rains in 2017 and 2018 caused a landslide on access roads that led to nearly 1 million dollars in damage. Their lawsuit claims their 5 insurance carriers refuse to cover the expense.
