Any formula you create needs to contain at least 60% alcohol to effectively kill germs, so using 99% isopropyl alcohol OR VODKA if you can’t find alcohol in stores.
One recipe:
2 parts isopropyl alcohol
1 part Aloe Vera gel
10 drops of your favorite essential oil
Another recipe:
2 parts vodka
1 part vegetable glycerin
10 drops of your favorite essential oil
