Early Alarm

A Feel-Good Summer Morning Routine 

1. Wake up before the sun

2, Spend time thanking God for all yesterday’s blessings

2. Hydrate yourself

3. Try a couple self-care rituals like brushing your hair or washing your face

4. Do your morning workout outside 

5. Take a cooler-than-usual shower to refresh on a warm day.

6. Use a daily face lotion that has at least spf15
