Saturday was a wonderful 15.5 mile run with Captain Heather and my friends with My Team Triumph! (MTT) MTT is a non-profit organization athletic ride-along program created for children, teens, adults and veterans who are disabled and would not normally be able to experience endurance events such as triathlons or road races.
Saturday, was a wonderful 15.5 miles of singing, (Heather, and Nemo, knows every song on her playlist) sweat, laughs and hard work. We brought the JOY to the streets of Grand Rapids and had the Best Day Ever!
