Music moves people and I fell in love with it early on. I began my radio career when I was 16 by volunteering at the Christian station in my hometown in South Georgia. By 17, I had jumped on-air to do the night show. At the time, it wasn’t my “dream” to be on the radio. I was actually pursuing a career as a musician with the Christian rock band we formed in high school. After touring as a drummer for most of my early twenties, I decided to focus 100% on bringing hope to the airwaves.
I love baseball, gummy bears, hats, and dogs. I hate stinking, germs, and slow computers.
Fun fact: When I was a kid, I took Taekwondo and achieved black belt only because I wanted to be a Power Ranger. Unfortunately, I never looked good in tights.
