So we asked him to do this week’s Cookin With Brook recipe! 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup barbecue sauce 4-6 10-inch flour tortillas Shredded cheddar cheese 1 chopped tomato Heat grill Grill chicken until no longer pink inside Cut into strips Spoon barbecue sauce down centers of tortillas Top with chicken, cheese and tomatoes Fold tortilla so all sides are secure Grill until golden brown Dip in extra barbecue sauce if desired.
