Baked Spaghetti Casserole

Everyone has a different schedule these days. Everyone wants pasta. No problem. Try this easy, tasty, meal for a crowd. Just keep it warm and everyone can eat it when it works for them. And it freezes well, too!

Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces dry spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 TBS minced garlic
  • 24 oz Marinara sauce (your favorite) (one jar)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese divided
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350°F and spray a 13×9 baking dish with nonstick spray
  • Cook the spaghetti, per package directions, to al dente and drain
  • While the spaghetti cooks, brown the beef in a large skillet with the minced garlic
  • Drain the beef
  • Combine beef, sauce, basil and ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Add the cooked spaghetti and stir until the spaghetti is coated
  • Transfer spaghetti mixture to baking dish and sprinkle with Mozzarella and the remaining ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes or until cheese has melted
