Baked Spaghetti Casserole
Everyone has a different schedule these days. Everyone wants pasta. No problem. Try this easy, tasty, meal for a crowd. Just keep it warm and everyone can eat it when it works for them. And it freezes well, too!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces dry spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 TBS minced garlic
- 24 oz Marinara sauce (your favorite) (one jar)
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese divided
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F and spray a 13×9 baking dish with nonstick spray
- Cook the spaghetti, per package directions, to al dente and drain
- While the spaghetti cooks, brown the beef in a large skillet with the minced garlic
- Drain the beef
- Combine beef, sauce, basil and ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Add the cooked spaghetti and stir until the spaghetti is coated
- Transfer spaghetti mixture to baking dish and sprinkle with Mozzarella and the remaining ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes or until cheese has melted
