Children have a way of responding to adversity. The current FDNY Academy class is set to graduate in 2 weeks. The class includes 13 members – whose – firefighter fathers were killed on 9/11. The class also includes siblings, 2 sons of one fallen firefighter, and the son and daughter of another hero. Isn’t that amazing?
1 Peter 5:10 says, “And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast”.
