With a lot of people eating fish on Fridays the last few weeks and finding it EVERYWHERE on the menu down in Florida, I thought I’d pass along this idea again for a Fish Taco bar! They are so good. And it really lets everyone put their own spin on it. Now, if you have non-fish-lovers in your home, you could easily have the regular taco meat available right there, too. (or put some chicken tenderloins through the same process as the fish!)

All I did for the fish was add a little taco seasoning mix to some panko bread crumbs. I dipped the thawed perch filets in a whisked egg then dredged them in the panko crumbs and sprayed them with cooking spray. I cooked them in my air fryer for about 20 minutes.

If you don’t have an air fryer, prepare the filets the same way, then bake them.

Then top with your normal taco favorites!

  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Cilantro
  • Sour Cream
  • Cole Slaw
  • Guacamole
  • Hot Sauce
  • Cheese
