Don’t you love it when something delicious turns out to be healthy?!?

Cocoa has antioxidants called flavonoids, which are linked to the reduced risk of cancer, heart disease, and stroke. A study conducted by researchers at Cornell University and published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry found that cocoa has twice the number of antioxidants found in red wine and three times the amount in green tea.
